About Us

Mark Davis, owner and co-founder of Evergreen Associates Inc.  grew up in Vermont and graduated from Johnson State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. His wife Jennifer is from North Country, New York and also graduated from Johnson State with a Bachelor’s degree in Art. In 2003, together they decided to combine Jenn's mind for art and Mark's mind for business to create Evergreen Associates. 

Evergreen started in 2003 with Mark Davis and Jennifer Davis in the town of Waterville, obtaining customers the old fashion way via word of mouth and going door to door to advertise their startup company. Starting off with one mower they soon realized they would have to expand in order to reach the goals of their group of 30 clients. It was time to grow the company further. Despite trying various methods of advertising, Evergreens' greatest gain was with customer referrals which aided in the ability to obtain more machinery and workers to assist in the growing number of lawns. 

The goal of Evergreen Associates is to provide reliable and prompt services while still paying attention to the details that make all the difference. We want each of our customers to be worry-free when it comes to maintaining, and to be amazed at the appearance of their property. Our core customer base is in the Jeffersonville, Cambridge, Waterville, Johnson and Stowe areas; however, we have customers all over Lamoille County, as well as down through the Pleasant Valley into Underhill. 

Present day Evergreen Associates has two year-round employees and 6 additional employees that come on board for the growing season.  Their focus is on helping take care of client's year-round needs while working hard to be known as their community's go-to Property Maintenance Service Provider.
