Payment Options

At Evergreen Associates Inc we offer customized payment options. You can send a check or money order to:

 or pay online using the payment options on the invoices. 

Bills are sent out on the 15th and 30th of every month and are due within 15 days. Payments received after the grace period may be subject to a $5 late fee per billing cycle. Larger projects and one time maintenance projects are billed after the job is completed and due in 15 days.  We prefer to bill electronically however, paper bills are available upon request. Online bills come with the option to pay with a credit or debit card. We evaluate our pricing twice a year and may change from time to time due to rising costs. We always strive to keep them reasonable and affordable as part of our commitment to take care of our customers.


Seasonal and Yearly Contracts

    We realize that some people would prefer to have a regular monthly payment for budgeting purposes. We would be happy to put together a basic service plan that will work for you. You would still be able to add extra projects that would be billed separately.

Electronic Billing

You can now sign up for electronic billing.  If you prefer to get an email of your invoice simply let us know and we will set it up for you.
